These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wahaj mobile application ("App") operated by Wahaj ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wahaj is an AI-powered skincare analysis application that provides:

AI-based skin condition analysis from face photos using Google Gemini
Personalized skincare routine recommendations
Skin health tracking and progress monitoring
Product ingredient analysis and food/nutrition scanning
AI-powered skincare expert chat (Premium)

2. Medical Disclaimer

Wahaj is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The AI analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dermatological consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any skin conditions or concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Wahaj.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wahaj. Users under 18 should have parental consent before subscribing.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Includes 3 AI skin scans per week, basic routine recommendations, and a limited number of product/food scans per day.

Premium Plan: Includes unlimited AI scans, advanced multi-angle analysis, weekly skin reports, full skin journal, complete history, AI skincare expert chat, and unlimited product/food scans.

5. Subscription Terms

Pricing: Premium is available at SAR 39.99/month or SAR 249.99/year (the yearly plan offers a discount equivalent to roughly 50% off the monthly rate).
Free Trial: Where available, the yearly plan may include a free trial period as displayed at the time of purchase. You will not be charged during the trial.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. We do not directly process refunds.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state. We do not see or store your payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Upload photos of other people without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Circumvent usage limits or Premium features
Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
Submit images that are not real human faces (cartoons, AI-generated, animals, etc.) to abuse our AI infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, AI prompts, and content are owned by Wahaj and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and data you submit to the App. By using Wahaj, you grant us a limited license to process your photos, ingredient lists, and profile data for the purpose of providing the analysis services described in these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Third-Party Services

Wahaj integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

Google (Firebase & Gemini): Hosting, authentication, cloud functions, and AI processing.
RevenueCat: Subscription management and entitlement processing.
Apple App Store / Google Play: Payment processing and subscription billing.
iHerb: Product recommendations via affiliate links.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wahaj is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis results.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to skin reactions from following recommended routines or using recommended products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
