How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Wahaj Premium and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access remains until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Wahaj app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, scan history, and all associated data within 30 days.
How do I withdraw consent for image analysis?
Open the Wahaj app, go to Profile, and toggle off Image-Analysis Consent. After this, your photos will not be sent for AI analysis until you re-enable consent.
The scan said something concerning. Should I worry?
Wahaj is a cosmetic skincare app, not a medical tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a skin concern that worries you, please speak with a licensed skincare professional.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your photos and profile are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored privately in your account, and never shared or sold. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
I want a refund.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select Wahaj from your purchase history. We can't process refunds directly.
